Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 335 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 335 and its users. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of any changes. Continued use of the platform following any update will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Only users aged 18 or older may register and use services on 335. Age verification may be required as proof.
Account Registration & Security
When registering with 335, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be closed at any time.
Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and all associated accounts will be permanently closed if this rule is violated.
- Keep your account password strictly confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Support immediately.
- You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
335 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Any such contact should be treated as fraudulent — please stay vigilant.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
While using the 335 platform, you must comply with the rules below. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
- Exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Stealing other users' information, fraud, and harassment are strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- No platform content may be reused or distributed without permission.
335 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 335 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved local payment methods.
- Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the guidelines stated on the relevant page.
- Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process — typically 1–3 business days.
- Large withdrawal requests may be held pending account verification.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Account funds may be temporarily frozen if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
Account Inactivity: An account will be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity, and maintenance fees may apply. 335 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates our policies, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Limitation of Liability
All content on the 335 platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 335. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
The 335 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or services. 335 is not responsible for any third-party content or services. Users access third-party services at their own discretion.
Limitation of Liability: 335 strives to maintain the highest standard of service; however, compensation may not be possible for service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance downtime, or third-party factors. All gaming outcomes are determined entirely by RNG; no specific result is guaranteed.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by prevailing international online gaming laws and regulations. 335 adheres to responsible gaming principles and encourages users to engage with the platform in an informed and safe manner.
Any disputes or complaints relating to these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. Should any provision be found partially or wholly unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
